Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Our BJJ program focuses on ground fighting, grappling, and submission techniques. Students learn how to control opponents using leverage and strategy. Classes emphasize patience, problem-solving, and technique over brute force. This martial art is excellent for self-defense in real-life situations. Training builds both mental calmness and physical endurance. Over time, students develop confidence and mastery of close-contact defense.
